This home was designed to create breathtaking views of coastal Falmouth from nearly every room. The top floor main living area has unobstructed vistas in all directions, including Salt Pond, Martha's Vineyard, the Vineyard Sound and the coastline all the way to Nobska Lighthouse. Fresh River runs peacefully along the backyard, creating additional views from the kitchen and all three bedrooms.
With an ideal location on the stretch of coastline between Falmouth Harbor and Woods Hole (known as Surf Drive), this home has the best of Cape Cod at its doorstep. From this home, you are a three minute walk to the closest beach; a five minute drive to the Harbor or Falmouth town center; and a five minute bike ride to the Shining Sea bike trail. It also provides a great launching point to Woods Hole, the ferries to Martha's Vineyard and popular attractions like the Cape Cod Winery.
We were fortunate to be the first guests of 95 Bywater for an extended stay this summer. It is a brand new home in a charming neighborhood. The house is absolutely perfect in every way, including its prime beach location and proximity to Falmouth center. It has spectacular water views from every window! Not a single detail was overlooked by our hosts, and they were extremely responsive and caring if we ever needed anything. We would absolutely return again and again… it was paradise.
